Bug reports and corrections are the most useful thing you can send.
What to include in a bug report
If a tool gave you the wrong answer, the fastest way to get it fixed is to send the exact input that produced it. For the robots.txt tester that means the file contents and the URL you tested; for the heading analyzer, the HTML you pasted.
Because everything runs client-side, there is no log on this end to look at — without your input the report cannot be reproduced.
What this site cannot help with
Individual site audits, link building and ranking consultations are out of scope. This is a tool site, not an agency. If a tool's output confused you, though, that is worth an email — confusing output is usually a bug.
Response time
Expect a reply within a few days. There is no support team and no live chat; messages go to one inbox.
